Process for Registration of Qualified Scrap Buyers (QSBs):
PSL invites interested parties to register themselves as Qualified Scrap Bidders (QSBs) subject to fulfillment of PSL set criteria / parameters as specified in the Scrap Buyer Registration form.
There shall be a one-time non-refundable registration charge of Rs. 5,000/= (Rs. Five Thousand Only) by way of Demand Draft in favor of Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company Limited, payable at Pipavav.
Scrap Tenders will be floated to only those Qualified Scrap Bidders registered with PSL.
The completed forms can be submitted / couriered to Mr. Vaibhav Singh (vaibhav.singh@pipavavdoc.com) / Hardik Avaiya (hardik.avaiya@pipavavdoc.com) or to Mr. Shekhar Gandhi (shekhar.gandhi@pipavavdoc.com) at Mumbai head office.
PSL is contemplating to commence the process for Scrap disposal from mid-May, 2011.
