Managers to Engineers

Graduate / Diploma Engineers and experienced personnel with 3 to 12 years of experience in shipbuilding and ship repairs, managing and executing production processes in the following disciplines:

Production Control, System Integration / Equipment installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance / Design (Hull, Outfitting, Nesting), Process Engineering & Planning, Quality control and Quality assurance.

Candidates having relevant experience in heavy engineering industries shall also be considered.

Advt Tradesmen

Pipavav Technical Services Pvt. Limited (PTSPL) is a company registered in Gujarat and specializes in providing technical services to client organizations, including Pipavav Shipyard Ltd. (PSL). PTSPL requires suitable candidates having the following qualifications to be a part of the core team responsible for operations & engineering services. The job requires high level of technical competence, dedication and willingness to work hard at project and green field sites.

Fitters / Erection Fitters / Engineering Fitters / Out Fitters / Welders / Electricians

ITI / NCTVT Certificate in respective trades
3 to 10 years experience in Fabrication / Ship building / Engineering / out fitting.
FCAW Welders qualified in 3G, 4G & 6G Positions.

Candidates with more than 10 years of experience in above trades but having less qualification will be considered.

Line Heater
Candidate having experience of line heating for steel plate bending including marking heating lines, bending plates upto 45 mm thickness, should be capable to handle line heating single handedly, reading / interpreting bend drawings, bending template drawings etc. Candidate should have knowledge of wedges, clips, dogs etc.

Plate Bender
Candidate having experience of bending plates on hydraulic press, able to mark bending curves, pressing lines, should also be able to read/interpret bend drawings, bending template drawing and having knowledge of bending moulds / end fittings. Experience in shipyards in bending of shell plates will be an added advantage.

Special Purpose Vehicle Operators (Crane, Cherry pickers, Forklifts etc.)
Candidate having 5 to 10 Years of rich experience as a Heavy Crane Operator & Transport Operator having driving licence with at least SSC qualification. Candidate having Shipyard experience will be given preference.
